     Students will learn how to handle issues that arise unexpectantly.  Students will be provided with invaluable tools that will assist them in identifying the root cause of the problem, how the problem occurred, and the necessary steps required to resolve the problem.

Managing Your Time & Multiple Priorities

     We are often required to multi-task a great deal during the course of the workday.  If we are not careful, the interruptions and "small tasks" can rob us of critical time blocks used to concentrate on our main duties. Students will learn how to analyze their use of time and how to look for ways to be more effective. 

Effective Communication

     Good communicators understand effective listening is just as important as effective speaking.  Effective communication in the workplace is key to the success of any establishment.  Students will be provided with various techniques that will enhance their abilities to  communicate in a way that comes across clearly, thoughtfully, and persuasively.

Successful & Productive Meetings

     This seminar provides students with guidelines for facilitating different types of meetings such as brainstorming sessions, team meetings, and review meetings.  Students will be provided with tips for preventing & solving meeting disruptions, establishing meeting ground rules, and guidelines for completing meeting minutes.

TEAMwork & Leadership

     Using the mindset of Together Everyone Achieves More, students will learn step by step how to organize a team and how to delegate roles & responsibilities appropriately.  Students will learn when are the best times to reward  and recognize members of their team for their hard work and how to boost the morale of the team as a whole. 

Improve Your Interview Skills

     Interview skills are essential to anyone who wishes to advance their career, no matter what field they are employeed.  Students will learn the most common questions asked during an interview and the answers desired.  Students will learn how to explain gaps in employment, termination, or a resignation.  Students will learn how preparation is key in obtaining a callback from their interview. 

Understanding & Preventing Harassment

     This seminar explains the different forms of harassment and how to handle any complaints regarding harassment.  Students will learn how to identify the difference between harassment and discrimination, how to recognize sexually harassing behaviors & how to avoid them, and how to establish boundaries in work and social settings.
